I had thought I booked with another transport company who,after 4 days, had not found a carrier for us. When I spoke with Dina at Direct Express, she clearly explained the process to me. Within 30 minutes, I had a carrier for my daughters car for that afternoon for pick-up! Very prompt, courteous service. The car was transported from the San Fransisco area to the metro-west area of Boston in a timely fashion and everything in-tact! I highly recommend this company and I would use them again!
