The process was very smooth and went well until pick up. There was some difficultly communicating because of a language barrier so arranging pick up wasn’t easy but we figured it out and it all worked out. There wasn’t any noticeable damage to my car expect the trunk was full of broken glass. I have no idea where the glass came from and I can’t tell if they broke something on my car. It was just very strange.
