The first company that I went with was horrible, vehicle sat waiting for 3 weeks. I fired them and called Direct Express on a tuesday, wednesday morning I had an e-mail that the vehicle had been placed with a truck. On that same evening I recieved a phone call that the truck was being loaded as we spoke. Three days later I recieved a call and the truck had been shipped to my door 1500 miles away. Great communication, service and speed. Will call the FIRST time next time I need a vehicle transported. Ken
