The car pickup was scheduled within a few days. The driver was in contact with me until he arrived, he answered all of my questions, did a thourough inspection, and loaded loaded the car on the carrier in no time. The car arrived in great shape, and my daughter said that the driver was just as friendly and professional with her. I would definitely recommend Direct Express and I will use them again.
