i called them on a thursday at around 1pm eastern time to pick my ferrari in costa mesa and they had it loaded within a couple of hours. now that is what i call service. it got here on time with no damage and the driver albert was a joy to talk to. everything was perfect. customer service was great. great company!!!!!
