Rude Driver

have used this service at least 4 other times. This time the driver was apparently tired and frustrated because his truck broke down. He finally made it to my house around 1130pm at night and he was rude, disrespectful and aggressive. He cursed at me and accused me of not having his money and threatened to beat me up. I just needed to go to my apartment to get the money which was located right behind us. He then refused to give me change. I suggested that if he didnt have change he would have to wait until I go across the street to the store to get change, he again cursed at me for more than 30 minutes before finally reaching into his pocket and giving me the $50.00 change I originally requested. I had intended to give him the $50.00 in tip but when he became rude and beligerant I decided he was not getting a tip. I will more than likely use the service again, as I realize he was just one person probably not representative of the whole company, however, I will remember his name in the event he gets assigned to me again.

Good morning Josh and very sorry for that driver's sour disposition and rude conduct. Thank you for your repeat business and don't worry, you will never see that guy again. Nor will any of our other customers because that was his first and last order to deliver. We really appreciate your feedback. Enjoy your weekend!
