I ship several low mileage muscle cars a year, and Direct Express Auto Transport is the only company that I trust with my personal vehicles. I’ve worked with several other auto shipping brokers in the past and have had some absolutely terrible experiences. Once I discovered and read the positive reviews of Direct Express, I gave them an opportunity to ship my car. Needless to say, I now utilize the team at Direct Express Auto Transport for all my vehicles and was impressed from my first communication with them. Every single time I place an online order, they work very quickly to fulfill my transportation request. My request is almost always fulfilled within 24 hours. Once I’ve been assigned a driver, I then receive an email with all the assigned carriers information. You can’t ask for anything more, they are very efficient. If you ever have a question and/or need assistance you can simply call their office and speak with a live person. Simply give them your name and/or shipping number and they are ready to assist you. The entire team at Direct Express Auto Transport is ready to help and does a fantastic job to ensure you’re happy with their services. I could certainly put my transport needs out for bid on my own, however it’s simply not worth it. Having Direct Express Auto Transport handling the entire transportation is well worth the money. Knowing that Direct Express Auto Transport only works with reputable drivers is very comforting. In my opinion and from experience, Direct Express Auto Transport is one of the best auto shipping brokers available. As stated prior, I only trust Direct Express Auto Transportation to ship my vehicles. Direct Express Auto Transport is a fantastic company with a great team of customer service staff.
