I was hesitant to use a new carrier for our cross country move but Direct Express did not disappoint. The carrier was nice enough to call 24 hrs prior pick up and then again 2 hrs before. I will now feel comfortable recommending them to family and friends. Shipping your car is a big deal and this company knows that and does it right.
