Submitted my order on a Thursday evening and was assigned a carrier that following Monday. Carrier called me the same day and said they would be at the dealer where I purchased the vehicle the next afternoon to pick up the vehicle. Sure enough they were there the next day and had no issues working with the point of contact at the dealer I had designated. They were very thorough in their inspection of the vehicle and noted some small damage that the dealer had not spotted or told me about which I appreciated. When I called them later that day, they let me know that they would be delivering by Fri or Sat1-2 days earlier than noted on the email which was great! I received a call on Thurs from the driver stating they would be there Friday afternoon and received another call Friday morning with an even more exact time. They were very careful unloading my vehicle and took the time to go over all the areas they noted on the vehicle. Vehicle was in great shape when received. My best experience with a auto carrier thus far!
