I'd never transported a car before and admittedly was a bit nervous, but everything went flawlessly. I'd gotten about a dozen quotes, and Direct Express's expedited service was in the middle in terms of cost, but I decided to go with them due to their BBB rating and length of time in business. The car was picked up from a dealership the day after I called Direct Express and was delivered to my house 3 days later - no issues whatsoever. I received a call about an hour prior to the car being picked up to confirm the VIN and to provide the expected delivery time, and they called again the day before delivery to confirm a 4 hour window - they said the car would be delivered Monday afternoon, and the car arrived at 2:30 Monday afternoon. Truly great service and stress free!
