Dealing with Jessica, the receptionist, was easy and the details were made very clear. I was emailed as to the date that the vehicle was picked up and the approximate delivery date. I received an email telling me when the car would be dropped off in Missouri. I received a call from the delivery man prior to the car being delivered. I was then called again once the car got to a destination which was within 2 miles of my house. The driver was courteous and professional.
