Highly recommend! Direct Express was really great to work with. I booked the service online, and then I also called when I had a question about the bill of lading that the car dealer required. The customer service agent was polite and helpful when I called. The online booking process was easy. The car was picked up from the dealer in CA within 4 days of the date I specified that it was available. It was delivered to me in NM 3 days later. It was in perfect condition, and the driver was efficient and friendly.
