The customer service rep was very professional—a big change from the last auto transporter I used. My car was confirmed on a truck minutes after I got off the phone with the rep, and picked up two days later. I received a call just six days later saying my car was in California (great timing for a cross-country trip) and would be dropped off the next day. The car arrived in the same condition it had left the east coast (just a little dirtier!). Overall, I'm completely satisfied with this company. I would recommend them, and will definitely use them if I move again.
