This is my very, very first time using a company to transport my vehicle. I was unsure what to do and who to trust. Well I can say Direct Express Auto Transport was the one. They had two great carriers who took good care of my vehicle. It went from Washington DC to California and from California back to DC. Unfortunately, my first carrier ran into bad weather transporting it to California. It took 7 days for my delivery which that was stated in my contract. The driver had a 7 to 10 day to deliver. My return carrier took top notch, I received my vehicle within 3 1/2 days. I would most definitely recommend Direct Express Auto Transport to my family and friends.
