We shipped a truck from California to Nebraska. Sarah was very helpful setting up the process. We were contacted by the trucking company, given the driver's name and his cell phone number. The driver updated us with his location until he arrived to pick up the truck. He also contacted the receiver to let that person know of the delivery date and time. It was a very smooth easy transaction. This was the first time we have ever shipped a vehicle and would recommend Direct Express Auto.
