This is one of the best service & experience I have ever had. The customer service was very courteous and knowledgeable. The driver (Lacy) is a great gentleman and I was amazed with his customer service. He called me and shared his phone number well in advance. He informed us exactly when he is going to pickup the vehicle. He gave the lead time and negotiated if he can pick up the vehicle early if its okay with us. It was a sunday afternoon, he came in as promised in a very nice truck that gave me confidence and ensure my van is in safe hands and would be delivered safely. Also, informed us when exactly we can expect the delivery. There are no of cheaters in this business but fortunately this is the company we could rely upon and give business. I got the vehicle on Thursday morning and the driver called me a night in advance to ensure everything is on schedule. I wish a good luck to them and congratulate them to continue to provide similar level of great service in future.
