side of the road at the crest of a hill, making a one way road out of a 2 way road. I live on a 1000 foot dead end road, which he could of backed down with no problems. dispatcher called and stated he would be there @ 12 to 12:30pm, arrived 1:30 pm . same thing happened on delivery end, 1 hour late from scheduled pickup. vehicle arrived @ destination with no damage.
