Was a little nervous as I never spoke to anyone and did the transaction on line. The only person I spoke to was the driver. All was done through email and online set up. I looked up the reviews and made sure it was legitimate but was holding my breath until the car got there. It arrived when they said, in good condition and the driver was courteous. I have to say it was the smoothest and on time service we have had. I've used another company that was ok but when you can't get them to call you back, that is more frustrating. Would definitely use this service again!
