The driver picked up the car on the first day given. The driver was very friendly and courteous. My only complain was the flow of communication was not very consistent through out the pick and up delivery process. The driver called that he was on his way to pick up the car without prior calling a day before to confirm the time and my availability. Other than that, it was a smooth ride.
