I was assigned a truck the day after placing my order on the website. It is worth noting that I never talked to a human at Direct Express Auto Transport (nor did I try). The driver (J&B Transportation) was not particularly accommodating on the pick-up time (according to the seller of the vehicle). The delivery was 2 days late with minimal communication from the driver, but I wasn't in a hurry. My primary concern was the safety of the vehicle (a rare/custom car). In the enclosed trailer, it arrived in exactly the condition that it left. While I know that the agent (Direct Express Auto Transport) has less impact on this than the contracted transport company (J&B Transportation) I would never-the-less recommend Direct Express Auto Transport and will use this service again when the need arises.
