Pick up was late, was told drop off would be Friday or Saturday at the latest. Drop off was Monday & had to pay 3 more days on the rental care. Understand things come up, but the communication was not there. No one cared to keep us in the loop in order to prepare. When both sides are not as told(by the pick up guys) no one else to blame for their not following through.

Thousands of customers say we rock and give us 5 stars. We are sorry customer Christina Gatewood is dissatisfied. Ms. Gatewood opted for the Standard 1-7 days to typically assign a carrier and we did that in 5 days, which is good. The delivery time took 6 days instead of 4 days. It was a 2,368 mile trip from Scottsdale, Arizona to New Jersey. Seriously folks, that's actually pretty normal and good. We wish Christina Gatewood lots of luck in her endeavors.
