I needed my car transported from CA to OH. Normally this would only take a few days but since husband and I were driving out, we needed the delivery to be a little later then normal. I explained the situation to Direct Express and within a few days they had found a driver who could accommodate. Jesse picked up the car the first day of my availability window at a convenient location. He told me he would be in touch and sure enough, called right within the delivery dates we had agreed on. He delivered the car and it looked exactly as it had when he picked it up (maybe slightly dirtier). The price was exactly what I was quoted and no surprises. Overall, I had a great experience with Direct Express Auto Transport and would use them again.
