The dircet express company was fine. The pickup was well cordinated and on time. The dilvery was somewaht of a problem. The pickup driver at AM-PM carriers said the dilvery would be on Monday or Tuesday three or four days from the friday pickup. The weather was bad I know but there were communication problems with the second driver that was to drop off the truck. It was originally stated that the driver would call my daughter to arrange drop off . When she didn't hear from anyone she called and they said she had to call the driver. Eventually they hooked up and the truck had allready gone past her location so the had to bring it back on a different truck on Firday 11 days after pickup. Overall except for the confusion dropping off the truck it was OK.
