I had an excellent experience shipping my car with Direct Express. Everything went smoothly. The car was picked up and delivered promptly for a fair price. And I did not have to deal with dozens of emails, which I got after trying another broker first. And all of those were only providing estimates anyway - as one of the reps admitted - with nothing guaranteed until later when the truck was assigned.
