I have been in this line of work myself and feel the company did a decent job and driver was knowledgeable which made me feel a little more at ease with our move. Only problem i had is i paid for RUSH shipping and felt it was not worth the extra money seeings i was told my truck would be picked up by Tuesday and dropped of Friday, and the truck ended up being loaded Wednesday and delivered on Monday. If i'm in need of this service again i will not hesitate to use this company again other than the time schedule, but will definitely look around after the conversation with them about time frame's and there loop holes to charge you for a service that your not receiving.
