This was, without question, the best experience I could have expected! They picked up the car, the day following the order and delivered it 8 hours later to my daughter waiting anxiously! Thank you! I made the mistake of trying to get a comparison quote from another online service. I was bombarded with more than 80 calls, texts and emails over the next 24 hours!!! They put my information online and I got calls from 40 different 'companies' claiming to be the best. With Direct Express I made a deposit online, had a follow up call to answer any questions and that was it! Great price, great service and peace of mind! Do yourself a favor, if you have a vehicle to move, call Direct Express and be done with it! FyI... I don't typically write reviews because I EXPECT a certain amount of service for payment and my business is my review! With what I have to compare, Direct Express is so far above the others that I decided to write this!
