I accidentally left my cellphone in airport mode, so my driver wasn't able to reach me initially for delivery in North Carolina. As the end of the pickup window approached, I discovered my error. There were six messages from him. I got in touch, and though his patience had been sorely tried waiting for me in a downpour, the successful transaction was finally made. He could have left, but he hung in and saved me a massive inconvenience. The car arrived in good shape, and I'm a thoroughly satisfied customer. The entire process was smooth and totally professional. I hope I don't move again soon, but if I do, my repeat business is a certainty.
