It was a big decision to ship my car from coast to coast. I vetted three companies and Direct Express Auto Transport came out on top. The customer care people (I spoke with more than one person) were excellent. The carrier that was used was excellent. My car arrived the day after I did in perfect timing and in perfect shape. It had the tiniest bit of travel dust on it- way less than I anticipated. Every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, and kind. I could not be more pleased with the process and the price was right too. Thank you, Direct Express Auto Transport, for making this part of a big move a pleasant experience and not a stressful one.
