My problem with shipment of my Lexus ES350

Here is my problem if you are going to deliver the car tell me an accurate time. They said they were going to deliver it 1 day after called me and made me wait all night only to find out that they trailer had a problem. I spent the next 3-4 days taking a $50 dollar uber to work because I was waiting for my car.

My problem is the lack of responsibility that was shown I would like a refund of as much as I can get or at least some money to cover my very large uber fee.
