Overall good, but some miscommunication

It was very easy to set up and contact Direct Express. However, there was some miscommunication when my car was assigned a carrier. The estimated delivery was before I could get the car, but when I tried to reschedule they assured me that they would not deliver my car before I was in the area to receive the delivery. So I kept with the same carrier because Direct Express said they would make a note of the earliest delivery date for my car. However, the carrier tried to deliver my car before I arrived in CA which then caused my car to be delayed. Since I was not in the area to receive my car, the carrier waited until the next shipment was coming to my area. This resulted in my car being delayed almost a week. I appreciated Direct Express trying to make it easiest for me and staying with the same carrier- but it was a great inconvenience to me when my car was delayed.
