Direct Express Auto Transport was great to work with. Their ad was true to their word: reliable, on-time and low-cost. Customer service personnel was nice and informative and they answer their phone promptly. Email confirmation was immediate. Price was the least of any company, and the service was excellent. Payment was easy and secure. The car was assigned to a carrier and picked up in two days! Transport time was three days; no transfers or layovers. Car arrived on time and in the same condition it left in. The carrier was courteous and helpful. I would definitely do business with this company again.
