Ashley was great at customer service. We set up the pick-up about a week prior to the date we needed the car picked up. Everything went very smooth. The truck driver was very nice, unloaded the car, and had it ready for us when we arrived at the designated area. The car was very dirty upon arrival, but that's what you get when you use an open trailer.
