Overall, the experience went very well. We booked the time online and paid as well, that was simple. The rep I talked to was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Truck arrived one day within the time period given although pickup was a little late in the day (10 pm). The driver was professional and got our car to LA in two days. We thought the time was a bit fast for the distance to travel especially with only one driver. I think the website says about 500 miles/day which is what we planned for. Our car arrived safe/sound and the process did work very well.
