Overall service of this company is pretty much satisfied. However, the carrier company, US Empire LLC was the worst one ever. My car was arrived earlier than it supposed to be, and didn't contact me a day before or after. I wasn't that place yet, because they said that it will arrive later than that day. They couldn't deliver my car in DC, and wanted to pick up at VA within an hour. The driver never answered the phone and insisted that I didn't call him back. The driver threatened me that he will put my car in the storage room and will charge it by hours otherwise he will take my car away as a deliver fee. My husband and I were very frustrated and upset. Fortunately, I had a friend in VA and help picking my car up. The driver tried to charge more than it was promised($300 more) to my friend. There were too many things that I would want to complain, but I don't want to waste my energy again for that. Just be careful of the carrier company. The direct express auto transport is a good one and the owner or manager of that company Mike is awesome. He helped and solve the problem asap.
