Direct Express was AWESOME! I had previously tried to ship my car with another company that not only failed to contact me when they did not show on the appointed day, but also failed to show on the rescheduled date. Direct express promptly contacted me when a carrier picked up my shipment and promptly notified the individual who was meeting my shipment. The car arrived on time to its destination with no damage. Rebel Yell Transport was the carrier''s name and they were also outstanding in keeping contact and making sure that the shipment went as scheduled. They made sure that the individual receiving the call was given plenty of notice to be able to meet the shipment and I was informed that the driver was very professional. Though I would have liked to pay a slightly lower price (who wouldn''t), I''m deeply appreciative of the professionalism and courtesy from both Direct Express and Rebel Yell after my initial experience with a substandard shipping company. It was DEFINITELY worth it! Thank you so much!
