I rarely do reviews but my experience with Direct Express exceeded all my expectations. The biggest car weekend in the US was taking place in Monterey, California, starting the week after I wanted my car transported. Most of the professional enclosed transporters were taking cars for auction, shows, or racing to Monterey. They were all headed west and I wanted a car I had just bought to be sent east from Texas to Florida. Kelly quoted me a 1 to 3 day pickup and 3 to 4 day transport time. My car was picked up the next morning and I had it in my garage 2 days later. Unbelievable!! And the best part was the price. I had been quoted $1575 to $1625 for 1 week delivery. Also quoted $1320 for 2 week delivery. Direct express delivered my car in an enclosed transporter for $1079 in 2 days!! The truck driver, CJ, was clean, careful with my car, respectful and professional. Altogether, an exceptional experience.
