I was in panic mode when I called this company, because the other shipping company that I was dealing with for over a month let me down. When I called Direct Express Auto Transport on Monday morning 20 July 2015, a friendly service representative immediately answered the phone and took my order within minutes. My order was place as a rush shipment, so by 22 July 2015 my car was on the truck heading to Oregon. I was not expecting my car to arrive until the 28th, but it arrived earlier on 26 Jul.
