Excellent service. I would recommend again. Carolina Transport LLC was the contracted company that delivered my vehicle. The driver, Luis, was very accomodating, personable and professional. It's hard to find good customer service out there.
As far as Direct Express auto Transport, the staff is very accomodating and polite. I had to call several times because of military issues, and every time, they were helpful w/o making you feel that you were being a nuissance.
The online quote is also very helpful and accurate. I didn't experience any additional charges.
Overall, I would utilize this service again in the future, as well as recommend to family/friends.
