I called this company (Direct Express) at the last minute because another company gave me the run-around. I put a rush on the the pick up of the car and they came within 3 days. The representative I talked to was very honest and helpful. I was not able to be with my car when they came to pick it up but I left it with a neighbor and Direct Express had no problem picking up with the car. I was called a day prior to delivery and then an hour prior to delivery. The delivery was prompt and on-time. I was completely satisfied when I received the car. I would definitely use this company again.
