I used autotransport twice already and each time it was good., however, the first was better than the second.
The first time it only took them 3 days to deliver the car from california to maryland. They picked up the car from my home and delivered it to my house in Maryland (door to door service was great). The customer service was good too. The second time I used it to ship the car from Maryland back to California, it took them about 1 full week. However, the second time they asked me to drive my car to a different location (20 mins away) to give them the car and I had try to get myself back home at my own expense. I asked him to come to my place to pick it up but he said he can't drive it out in the freeway, which made no sense to me at the time because how else would he get the car to california if he can't get out to the freeway. That was the only thing I wasn't happy with. They delivered my car at my home in San Diego and so that was good. Overall, both experiences were pleasant and safe.
