When the car got delivered on 4/2/2015, there was only a piece of the roof wind guard hanging off of the top of the car. The subcontractor and we both agreed that it was their fault. Unfortunately, I didn't see the damage to the right rear view mirror housing until I went home, as you could only see it with a very close inspection. In both cases, we sent email photos to them within 15 minutes of getting the car. To date, I have called them every week and there are delaying taking action to replace the roof wind guard. They informed me that they would just have let me know where to go to get that replaced. Obviously, I feel like they are hoping that I don't follow-up so that they don't have to fix my car. This is very disappointing. I have used you in the past to transport a car from CA to VA and had no issues, and that's why I went to you again.
