I placed a request for pickup on a Tuesday for pickup in Virginia on Friday or Saturday. I had no idea the delivery would be so prompt. I was very surprised that the wagon was picked up in Virginia on Saturday afternoon at the BMW dealership and delivered the following Tuesday morning at my home in the foothills near Lake Tahoe. Much earlier than anticipated.
The car was delivered dirty but in great condition. The driver had communicated with shortly after he passed through Utah keeping me posted on his delivery time. We coordinated the delivery with my work to avoid any conflicts. Very professional and considerate.
I would use Direct Express again and highly recommend this service.
