This was my first experieince with having a car hauled and it was flawless. The representative from Direct Express Auto was fantastic, providing me with all of the details necessary and making the process very smooth. My car was picked up one day after the stated first pick-up date and the company even accomodated a morning pick-up. The communication throughout the process was excellent, with detailed information every step of the way. The payment process was easy and the drivers of the truck that my car was assigned to were friendly and gave me plenty of notice on the delivery. All around good experience.
