I was referred to Direct Express by an Automotive Dealership that said they had shipped many vehicles using Direct Express with very favorable results. I called and spoke with a very knowledgable representative named Heather. She answered all my questions and set up the details of my order. On Tyme Transport was given my order on a Friday afternoon....they picked up my vehicle in Southern California on Wednesday morning just as scheduled...and delivered my vehicle to me in southern Indiana on that following Sunday morning at 7am. The On Tyme driving team (Richard and Cassie) were very friendly, professional, knowledgable, and they went over the vehicle with us and explained everything from time of pickup through the time of delivery. They took very good care of our vehicle and I would definitely trust them to haul any vehicle of mine. Overall could not be happier with the experience. This was my first time for needing to hire transport for a vehicle...now if I ever need another...I know who to call!
