The whole experience was positive. They sent me instructions via email describing how the process would be unfolding. However I did call to make sure things were happening behind the scenes and indeed they were. I thought the price was adequate, I did not have time to shop around or look for cheaper prices. The car was delivered clean and a day early. Overall I feel satisfied with their service.
