I called them on Dec 26 and booked an order to move my late fathers Mercedes from Pennsylvania to my home in Oklahoma....literally 38 days later and I still haven't had the car picked up. They kept refunding me $25 at a time on my $150 "deposit" saying that by making the amount the driver would be paid would make hauling my vehicle more attractive. Finally was assigned a truck to haul my car on Jan 27, only to have it cancelled because the company they assigned it to said they were having truck issues. I spoke to that company and not only did they have no idea what I was talking about but they were using third party independent truckers to do their hauling????? WTH? I finally called Direct this morning to figure out what was happening and how would I know if these independent drivers were bonded and the girl kept repeating the same words like she was reading from a card.
I officially canceled my contract. I am now looking for another company. I would encourage ANYONE looking to move a car to investigate these companies before you book. Every single one of these companies is just a broker who is charging you a middle man fee to then throw your info on a mass website with your load up to the lowest bidder. I was told it would be at my door in 7-10 days, not so. I was told my vehicle would be in the hands of a licensed and insured driver, no way for them to possibly know this.
Totally disappointed in this company. No communication made to me unless it was an email response to my contacting them.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Kelly Walker is dissatisfied with the service. We had 2 carriers inquire about Ms. Walkers non-running 1990 Mercedes, but they could not handle an inoperable vehicle. Only upon canceling did she inform that it actually could be driven on and off. Well that would have changed everything. We wish Kelly Walker lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
