We had researchers many companies to ship our car. We read countless horror stories of late deliveries, no delivery, damage, stolen items and so on, from what seemed like all possible shipping companies.
However, this couldn't have been farther from our experience with Direct Express. We opted for enclosed shipping. The driver arrived early, however was easily rescheduled to when we were available. He was professional, timely and kind. The shipping to our destination was technically early but again was able to be flexible with pick up time and location.
We were very pleased with the level of service we received from Direct Express and would recommend this company to anyone shipping their vehicle.
