The person that I dealt with was Jessica. She was great at providing me with all the information about the pick up and the drop off. I transported a vehicle for my sister who was in Ohio and needed to get her car back to California. Direct Express Auto Transport was also competitive in the prices compared to other companies.
When it was time for the delivery, I was contact by the dispatch team and they were able to answer all my questions. Overall, I was very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend others to use their services!
