I received an email letting me know that I'd been assigned a carrier and that they would contact me within the day. I did not hear from the carrier. By the third day I called the number for the carrier that the Direct Express Auto Transport provided and it was incorrect. The woman I reached at that number told me they'd split companies in 2008 (it is now 2014). She provided me the number for the correct carrier, who did not answer. He called me the day before pickup from yet another number. He was approximately 30 minutes late for the pickup, which isn't that bad, but required me to take more time off from work.

The carrier was pleasant and easy to work with once he was hear. The carrier I would use again. I might use Direct Express Auto Transport again, but I'm uncertain at this point.
