You Get What You Pay For

This company was inexpensive but there is a reason for that. For starters, they have you put in the specific addresses of where you want your car picked up and dropped off, but then the driver calls you staying that his truck will not fit on residential roads (without having actually driven on your road before) and makes you drive out to a Walmart or BJ's parking lot which in my case was a 20+ min drive away. There have been multiple 18 wheelers that have driven through both locations I needed the car picked up and dropped off which I tried to explain to the driver but he insisted it wouldn't work and I had to pay for a taxi to bring me back from where he needed me to drive out to. Besides that whole fiasco, the pick up and delivery of the vehicle were both late. The pick up was only a day late which really didn't bother me much. However, the driver told me that the car would be delivered by Friday the latest but it wasn't delivered until the following Wednesday. That means that the vehicle was supposedly in transit for 11 days instead of the 7 days that it was supposed to take. I can't imagine what would have caused a whole 4 day delay. With my experience, I would rather pay a little extra with another company and have my vehicle picked up and dropped off at the location that I give them and actually have everything be on time.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Natasha Wilson is dissatisfied with the service. Our driver's huge truck could not safely maneuver in her Lakeland, Washington neighborhood and when asked Natasha did not suggest a place closer than Walmart. We wish Ms. Wilson lots of luck in all her future endeavors.
